This was a great price for this item. Rather then hitting the stores to find the filter, I just checked Amazon and there it was! This is the first time I've had to purchase a filter forthe steam mop and it won't be the last!

It's really necessary to change the filter of your steam mop on a regular basis. I didn't do it before but now I see the difference. The mop doesn't leave any streaks anymore on my floors and the result overall is better.

I ordered the filter and it arrived promply. I was hoping my filter was bad and that's why my mop no longer worked, but that wasn't the problem so I can't rate the filter, but the service was great
