great vacuum with a few minor issuesJuly 27, 2010 effulgent7 I did a lot of research before buying this model, and I am happy with it. Pros: powerful, HEPA filter, self-propel feature, reliable name brand. Cons: very heavy, very short hose when using attachments. Also I have not yet found the proper bag refills in a brick and mortar store.
Great Vacuum!!July 22, 2010 Linenspa I bought this vacuum because my Dyson was not working so great anymore and I didn't want to spend that money like I did before. This one was stuck out to me and so I just bought it. I haven't regreted it at all. I love the self-propelled function, but my favorite part is the dirty/clean indicator. I like to know that the spot I'm cleaning doesn't have anymore that I missed. I was hesitant because I didn't want to have to deal with a bag. But it really isn't bad at all and you don't get dirty changing it. I would totally recommend this vacuum to anyone who is on a budget but doesn't want the budget vacuum!

I have used my old one for the past nine years and it is still working, just a little wear and tear in the self-propelled roller. It is rated number one by the Consumer Reports for 2010. The new one is much improved, it's better designed aa well as fabricated. Hoover even has the HEPA bag to trap in dust particles. It feels lighter when lifting the machine. Amazon is a gem in terms of online purchasing. I appreciate their efficiency, swiftness, and no nonsense. The ordering operation is seemlessly cool, plus they can always deliver merchandise faster than expected, and the price is always competative or better. I have total trust in Amazon.
Easy on BodyJuly 16, 2010 dj Wenatchee My main reason for purchasing a Hoover self-propelled was relief for my back (4 herniated disks ). Using the my previous vacuum the twisting and effort caused pain and numbness. This vacuum has allowed me to continue cleaning a house with over 3000 sf. If you have back issues or a shoulder injury I highly recommend this vacuum. This is the only vacuum that I am aware of that you can operate with just one finger -thats is how little effort it requires. Four years of service and no problems whatsoever. lost is suction power within a yearJuly 15, 2010 Boeker family(Fort Mill, South Carolina) This is the most expensive vacuume cleaner I ever bought, because I have to replace it after only one year of moderately use. We have a household with 3 people and there is really not so much dirt in our house. But this vacuume cleaner does not get the job done any more. Very annoied and disappointed!!!
