Delivery was fast but it I ordered the wrong size belt so I cannot let you know how good they are.

5 out of 5 stars Worked great in the vacuum   June 17, 2010

Not a lot to say - it fit as described and the vacuum works ever so much better with a new belt.

5 out of 5 stars One of the least overlooked parts on a vacuum.   May 19, 2010

If you have a vacuum cleaner that doesn't seem to be working as it used to, try flipping it over, clean the clumps of hair that are wrapped around the beater bar, and replace the drive belt. Unless your vacuum has some other internal mechanical problem, this will almost always make the vacuum run like new.

The drive belt on our Bissell was still intact, but had slackened enough to slip when in use. I purchased a new drive belt, and when I installed it, I also eliminated a salon's worth of hair from around the beater bar. That, and cleaning the miscellaneous filters on the vacuum all made for a noticeable increase in power. Now our Bissell sucks...in a good way.

5 out of 5 stars Bissell 32074 Sttle 7 Vacuum Drive Belt   May 11, 2010

The belt is perfectly functional and what I expected. The delivery however was phenominal. Seemed like I paid on line and went to the post office and it was in the PO box. Can't ask for better service than that.

5 out of 5 stars Change the belt!   February 22, 2010

Belt fits perfectly. Beater bar runs like new. I recomend, as soon as it starts to slip...change the belt, it will give the vacuum the best chance to operate the way it should and save frustration for you. I might even do it by time. Put a new belt on, if it starts to slip in two years, then next time in 20 months + or - put a new one on and save the headache of planning on running the vacuum to get ready for guests, etc. and finding out you have to stop and do that! Also, take that cue to clean the beater bar, hoses, filters, etc. Simply cleaning all the junk out will make your vac seem brand new. The older Bissell that my wife bought a while ago works great, but looks like something out of a Mad Max movie, with a thousand little nooks & crannies for hair and pen tops and pieces of plastic bag to get caught in. Before you buy a new one...take it apart, clean it out and put a new belt on. The belts are cheap!
