this item is small and easy to use. Charges fast. the only problem is it needs a little more suction

My vacuum did not work at all when I got it. It will not charge and it says it should have an led to tell you when it is charged. It doesn't. I was offered a refund but by the time I pay to have it shipped and return shipping I get almost nothing back. I am not investing another penny in this thing. Now I am left to try my luck with the Dirt Devil Warranty run around. Please keep looking !

3 out of 5 stars Works but to high priced   August 12, 2009

Works great ah but with not much power. Is OK for around the computer desk detailing keyboards, etc. This item carrys to big of a price tag for what you get. Maybe if they included the optional AC wall plug charger along with the vacuum it would be worth $20.

1 out of 5 stars Terrible execution of a clever idea   June 25, 2009

I was excited to receive this product as a gift. I use a keyboard about 12 hours a day, and require a clean working environment. This product was a disappointment.

The design is awkward to hold. It takes up a lot of room, as it must be set on a flat surface (no wall mount). The brush/nozzle attachment doesn't stay in the back of the unit like it is supposed to, and it goes flying every time I pick up the unit.

The suction is atrocious! I will see hair or a big piece of dusk on my keyboard and it simply will not suck it up. A quick exhale through rounded lips removes more dust that this useless thing.

Also, I'm a little bit worried that people are going to think it's some sort of teledildonic device, being shaped the way it is and being plugged in to my computer. Just sayin'.

Recommended alternatives are cans of compressed air for deep dirt removal, and Swiffer Dusters for routine dust removal.
